Corporate ‘Surfaris’

 

What is Escape Safaris?

Escape Safaris is a local owned and operated tour company which specialises in ‘Surfaris’ for Women, but also extends its program to mixed-sex corporate groups. The company combines activities such as yoga, surfing, wine and art gallery tours, a cultural experience with the local Wardandi people, horse-riding, beer tasting, sea kayaking, whale watching, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, diving and sight seeing to suit half day to five-day long tours.

 

Select from the activities, restaurants and wineries list to create your own tour experience. Some activities are conditional to weather (surfing, snorkeling, fishing, diving, sailing and sea kayaking) and some activities are seasonal (whale watching).

 

‘Surfaris’ can be tailor-made to your company’s needs whether it be a team building and motivational type based ‘surfari’ or one that is relaxing and used as a way to wind down after a long conference!

 

Who runs the ‘Surfaris’?

Owned and run by local women, Crystal Simpson & Lizzie Nunn are the founders of Escape Safaris. Both ladies are long time surfers and surf instructors of the area & have been working as tour guides & surf coaches of similar tour companies in the USA and Mexico, for the past two years. They have worked extensively in the local hospitality industry and as long-time residents of Yallingup, Crystal and Lizzie are exceptional guides.

 

Places to eat

We have established business relationships with many of the local wineries and restaurants in the area. Types of dining range from beachside gourmet picnics to fine dining at exclusive wineries and restaurants. A few from our list include, Seashells Caves House, Lamont’s Winery and Restaurant, Bunkers Bay Café, Rivendell Winery and Restaurant, Goanna Gallery and Bax on Dunn Bay. If you have a favourite restaurant and or winery, we will endeavor to include them on your itinerary.
